KATY, TX (Covering Katy News) - The new culinary documentary series "Table of Nations" will feature Temptation's Bite Bakery at the southeast corner of Kingsland Boulevard and South Fry Road.
Table of Nations is a new documentary series that explores the diverse culinary traditions, flavors, and stories of local businesses nationwide. It will focus on the diverse chefs who contribute to the culinary fabric of American cities, taking viewers on a gastronomic adventure and revealing unique dishes and the people behind them.
A mother-and-daughter team of Venezuelan descent owns Temptation's Bite. Mother, Nora, and daughter, Melissa, say they live their dreams running their Katy bakery.

The episode will be available online in April 2024. The episode will immerse viewers in the world of Temptation's Bite Bakery, known for its delectable cruffins, a hybrid of a croissant and a muffin. They also serve empanadas, and artisan bread. One of their specialties is Venezuelan Christmas Bread which is stuffed with ham, green olives, raisins and sweetened with brown sugar.
The episode will delve into the bakery's history, its dedication to quality ingredients, and the creativity of its talented bakers.
