The Caleb Rule Public Safety Annex is on a 2.84 acre site that provides concrete parking areas, a helipad, fuel station, and common landscaping elements. The single level, 16,800 SF facility primarily serves as a patrol station for the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
The annex was funded through a 2015 public safety bond that voters approved. Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Commissioner Andy Meyers oversaw construction of the building.
Interior spaces include office spaces, conference rooms, locker rooms with showers, briefing room, and a small holding area. The site also has a helicopter landing pad.
