City of Katy Parks and Recreation presents a Christmas tree lighting in front of City Hall on December 5. The event will include food trucks, hot chocolate, cookie decorating stations, life-sized snow globes and a DJ. There will also be special appearances by Santa and Ms. Claus, plus performances and surprise guests.
