A writer for the New England Patriots fan blog Chowder Heads and Champions says former Katy Tigers quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell could be the successor to quarterback Tom Brady.
“What if I told you that the next successor to New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has already won two professional championships, two league MVPs three league championship game MVPs, and a national championship in college? Would you believe me,” writes William Hyland.
“Well, it’s surely a long shot, but Bo Levi Mitchell of the Canadian Football League’s Calgary Stampeders has already proven himself to be a winner at age 28,” Hyland notes in his story titled New England Patriots: The potential successor you’ve never heard of.
New England fans are still reeling over their beloved Pats essentially giving Brady’s successor, Jimmy Garoppolo, to the San Francisco 49ers because they know at some point in the near future Brady move on to his next career, whatever that may be for the uber-competitive future hall-of-fame inductee.
