Man Wanted for Stealing Tools in Bear Creek Area

William Milian Toledo

HARRIS COUNTY (Covering Katy News) – William Milian Toledo, 47, was hired to work on a flooded Harvey home in the 15500 block of Stoney Fork Drive in November and deputy constables from Harris County Precinct 5 say he became upset with the homeowner and stole several pieces of equipment.

“Toledo entered the home without permission and took several pieces of equipment from inside,” said a statement from Constable Ted Heap’s office.

Precinct 5 deputies have obtained an arrest warrant for Toledo. He lives in the Houston area.

Precinct 5 deputies say Toledo took the equipment to a nearby pawn shop. The tools were recovered without incident.
