KATY (Covering Katy News) – Grazia Italian Kitchen opens tonight, Thursday, April 19, in Cinco Ranch at the former Three Olives Location at the Villagio Town Center, 22764 Westheimer Parkway and Peek Road.

The restaurant opens its doors at 5 p.m. Thursday night for dinner services. Grazia plans to expand its hours of operation in the next few weeks but for now, it will open its doors at 5 p.m. each day.

Earlier this week an invitation-only pre-grand opening party was held at the restaurant.  The food was outstanding and the interior had been renovated to create a much more open feel than the former Three Olives restaurant. The long bar remains at the end of the restaurant and the brick oven pizza oven is still in the same location.  Overall,  the open air feel is much more inviting and contemporary.

“I am very excited about expanding the Grazia family to Katy,” said Adrian Hembree, Owner of Jade Hospitality.  “My motto is Grazia = Grace.  We have built our business on that very belief.  The support the community has already shown us has been incredible and we cannot wait to welcome you to our new location.  Our grace extends beyond our kitchen and even our doors. We are ready to serve you, Katy!”

The menu will feature Texas Italian specialties, as well as the same fresh house-made pastas, wood-fired pizza, prime steaks, Gulf seafood and traditional Italian favorites that guests are familiar with at the Pearland and Clear Lake locations.   And, of course, their award-winning smoked short ribs!

The completely redesigned space spans 7,100 square feet and seats approximately 300 guests.  The restaurant includes a full bar, wood fire pizza oven, private dining, event and meeting space.

Grazia Italian Kitchen’s success has grown from their commitment to giving back to the community and its service-first approach.

Grazia is a proud supporter of local organizations, school and sports associations, first responders, and countless charitable organizations.

In 2016, Grazia won the Lone Star Entrée Grand Champion, the People’s Choice Reserve Grand Champion and the Rookie Award at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Roundup and Best Bites Competition for their smoked beef short rib served over pancetta risotto, topped with a cilantro molasses glaze.
