KATY (Covering Katy News) – Chevron will not be developing 103 acres it purchased four years ago at Clay Road and the Grand Parkway according to a report in the Houston Business Journal. The property has reportedly been sold to a company that plans to develop a 1.39 million-square-foot industrial property.
The HBJ identifies Houston-based Landmark Industries as the buyer and reports that Landmark sold 78 acres to Indianapolis-based Duke Realty which will develop a five-building 1.4 million square foot industrial property.
Landmark, according to the report, retained ownership of the remaining 25 acres of land.
