Drive-by Shooting in Cimarron Under Investigation by Pct. 5

KATY (Covering Katy News) – Deputies with Constable Ted Heap’s Office are investigating a drive-by shooting in the 900 block of Cascade Creek Drive in the Cimarron subdivision according to Harris County Pct. 5 spokesman Robert Henslee.

“Several rounds were fired at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5, from a semi-automatic handgun aimed at the victim’s house,” said a statement from Henslee.

The shots came from a passenger in a dark four-door vehicle, possibly a Nissan Altima.
