Do you know this accused Katy Area Credit Card Thief?

WEST HARRIS COUNTY (Covering Kaqty News) – Harris County Precinct 5 Constable Ted Heap’s deputies are asking for your help identifying a man wanted on charges of credit card fraud. The suspect attempted to use a credit card stolen from a woman’s car on Monday, April 29, at two locations in Northwest Harris County.

One of the locations, a Walmart in the 15500 block of FM 529 at Highway 6, captured video of the suspect, who is described as a black male, 40-50 years old and weighing 200-230 pounds. He is wearing a dark gray, collared short-sleeve shirt with a Phillips 66 logo on the right sleeve and a multicolored Pride 66 logo on the left front. He has short curly black hair and is closely shaven on both sides of his head. He also has a stud earring in the upper part of his left ear.

The suspect entered the store and tried to use the victim’s credit card shortly after 5:30 a.m. that morning. The credit card was declined. He then tried to use the credit card at a nearby gas station but it was declined again.
