Car Burglars Strike Falcon Ranch

Nextdoor

KATY/FORT BEND COUNTY (Covering Katy News) – A home security camera captured a great picture of a car burglar who was looking for unlocked vehicles early Tuesday morning in the Falcon Ranch neighborhood.

One man has his tool bag stolen and it was found tossed aside further down the road. Apparently, the burglars were looking for more than just tools.

“Everyone should remember to lock your vehicles at night,” homeowners association president Robert Serrett told Covering Katy News.

Serrett said the burglars did not break into any unlocked cars.  They simply targeted cars that they could get into without making much noise. Fortunately, one neighbor captured a great photo of one burglar. We have posted it above.

If you recognize the burglar call the Fort Bend County Precinct 3 Constables Office at 281-238-1430.

Serrett said there have been recent car burglaries along Cobble Canyon Lane and Golden Fork Drive.
